What is Growth?

At Humble Hustle, we talk a lot about the Six Pillars of Health.

Five of them are pretty self-explanatory: Hydration, Exercise, Nutrition, Sleep and Mindfulness. But what is Growth?

“Growth” is accountability in action.

There's an equation we use to help you to understand growth, but in most cases this comes pretty natural as we start to create momentum.

Awareness + Accountability = Action

Talking through different areas of your health; gaining confidence and traction; looking and feeling better: this creates curiosity and makes you more aware in how you go about life.

Let’s talk through a few examples:

  • When you focus on getting daily activity, you tend to want to fuel your body with better nutrition.

  • When you focus on eating more protein, it’s natural to pair veggies and other whole foods as opposed to a couple scoops of ice cream.

  • When you focus on getting better quality of sleep by not having as much screen time, most people also reduce the amount of days or the quantity of alcohol they drink.

  • When you focus on drinking more water, you tend to be more mindful about being active throughout the day (hey, you're forced to when you are walking to the bathroom more often!)

  • When you focus on being more mindful and slowing down by journaling or meditating, you might also crave the inverse-- more activity/wanting to get a workout in.

You seeing a trend here? Growth builds momentum, making it easy to piggyback the next Healthy Habit!

This awareness, change of mindset, and intentional living is what we mean by Growth. It’s not any one thing, but a collection of things that help you push outside of your comfort zone in a motivating way.

The missing piece for most folks is accountability.

It's not only about knowing what to do, but how to do things CONSISTENTLY. That’s what we are here for. Humble Hustle helps you do things you totally could do on your own, but 95 percent don't.

We know what you might be thinking, “I’m definitely in that 5 percent of people that can do this on my own and don’t need help in doing so." Well, odds are if you are still reading this, you do fall in that 95-percent crowd that needs some help getting the ball rolling.

The amount of time you spend working with a health coach will be a blip in the radar. However, I guarantee with will help you form the health habits that you build off of for the remainder of your life.

Whether it's 1-on-1 health coaching, or the group digital coaching plan we're launching soon (join the waitlist here), we're here to empower you to build that firm foundation. Set up your free consultation here.
