A confidence shift happens in many ways. With some folks, you can see it in their eyes. Others in the way they carry themselves. Some just flat out say it.
I get fired up seeing people show up for themselves, and BELIEVE in themselves.
I hear the confidence shift over the phone during health coaching calls.
I can hear the pep in their step, feel the new found energy when a client starts catching momentum. Just like in the gym, they are starting to build a belief in themselves.
